What if 5D mk2 is a disappointment?

While there is no news from Canon the discussions on Dpreview forums have taken a turn to anticipating the 5D mk2 arriving and it maybe being a disappointment with a post being one of the most active recently. Now that’s the glass half empty! It surely is not going to be bad camera if it comes, there’s still many users who praise it’s image quality, it’s just that Nikon have raised the bar with their pricing vs technical spec and it remains to be seen whether Canon wish to respond in price terms.  They are losing market share for Digital SLR’s so how conservative will they remain?
